Real Estate Referrals -
Whether you're buying or selling, I can take the guess work out of searching for the right Real Estate Agent. Using my former contacts and experience as a real estate agent I will refer you to an agent that is not only among the "Top Producers" in the area but also has a record of customer satisfaction as well.
This produces a "Win - Win" situation. You are put in touch with a proven and reputable Agent and I receive a fee from the Agent if and/or when you "close" a real estate transaction. This fee, called a referral fee, IS NOT paid by you but is gladly paid by the Real Estate Agent...normally taken out of his or her portion of the commission at closing. This is income they likely wouldn't have received if not for the referral and therefore are happy to receive referrals.

Home Staging -
Home staging is simply preparing your home to appeal to the vast majority of potential buyers. Think of going into a decorated "Model Home"...no one actually lives there but it has been "staged" to look comfortable and inviting to the average buyer.
Using my past experience as a Reator and my present knowledge of organizing I can give you ideas on how you may possibly improve your home's appeal. Properly staged homes tend to sell faster and for more money and of course an organized home is very appealing to prospective buyers.
Fee: 10¢ per square foot (i.e. 2500 square feet home = $250.00)
